Who I Help

An ADHD coach is a “life coach” specifically trained to help people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to better manage their lives.

Adults

ADHD can make everyday life feel harder than it needs to be. I help adults build practical strategies for organization, time management, follow through, emotional regulation, and creating routines that actually work for their brain. Together, we focus on turning frustration into progress and helping you feel more capable, confident, and in control of your life.

Outcomes: Greater confidence • Better follow through • Improved organization • Less overwhelm

Teens

The teenage years are challenging enough without ADHD adding another layer. I help teens develop skills for managing schoolwork, time, emotions, organization, friendships, and growing independence. Coaching gives them a supportive space to understand how their ADHD affects them while building practical skills and confidence they can carry into adulthood.

Outcomes: Greater confidence • Better follow through • Improved organization • Less overwhelm

College Students & Young Adults

College and early adulthood bring a new level of independence, and ADHD can make that transition overwhelming. I help young adults create structure, manage time, prioritize responsibilities, overcome procrastination, and develop strategies for navigating school, work, and everyday life. The goal is to help them become more independent and confident in managing life on their own.

Outcomes: Better time management • Less procrastination • Greater independence • Increased confidence

Parents & Families

ADHD affects more than the individual. It can impact communication, routines, relationships, and the entire family dynamic. I help parents better understand ADHD, respond to challenges with greater clarity, and develop practical strategies that support both their child and the family as a whole. Coaching can create more understanding, less conflict, and a stronger sense of connection.

Outcomes: Less conflict • Better communication • Greater understanding • Stronger family relationships

Adults diagnosed later in life

A late ADHD diagnosis can bring relief, but it can also bring years of questions about why things seemed harder than they should have. I help adults understand their ADHD, let go of years of self blame, and develop strategies that fit who they are today. Together, we work toward greater confidence, self awareness, and a life that feels more manageable and intentional.

Outcomes: Greater self understanding • Less self blame • Renewed confidence • Practical strategies for everyday life
